Its about time we have some official guild rules to avoid any misunderstandings, so please read.
PKING: Pk'ing
without a good reason is considered grounds for removal from the guild. If you have a problem with another player, do not
immediatley resort to attacking them. In any dispute consider the wider consquences of your actions. Will it affect
your guild m8's or cause other problems for the guild as a whole. If you are in any doubt, pls speak to a leader before doing
anything. Obviously, if you are attacked by another player, defend yourself. If a player is standing on a drop which is rightfully
yours, take whatever steps necessary to move them. Ideally though, disputes with other players can be resolved peacefully
via their guild leaders. This will avoid things getting out of hand, guild wars etc. We are not a warring guild and prefer
peace where ever possible. Having said this, we are not here to be walked over and we are strong enough to stand up for ourselves
as a guild. We will take action on behalf of members if they have been seriously wronged, depending on the circumstances.
Make a leader aware of problems and we can try and sort them out without starting a war because one small fight can quickly
escalate into bigger problems.
No brown pking or grief play. To clarify, by brown pking I mean attacking random ppl
for no reason other than the fact they are brown. If you are involved in a fight (with good reason) an enemy of the guild
who is brown is a legitimate target same as if they were white. No abuse to other players. No mob/item stealing.
Cheating: Instant deletion
from guild if proven and if we have evidence you will be reported to staff.
Death drops: If you find a death drop and you know who dropped
it, pls return it, no matter what the value, without demanding a returning fee. If a player offers a reward fine, but
treat other players as you'd like to be treated in this regard. Exceptions to this are known cheats/enemies of the guild.
Guild Items: Items
are distributed on a basis of members commitment to the guild. Attending guild hunts regularly and supporting other guild
members when needed are the main criteria. This means guild items will be given to members whether or not they where on
the particular hunt an item was dropped on.
Example: if someone attends loads of hunts and something they needed dropped
the time they decided not to log on, they may still get what they need because of the overall commitment to the guild.
If
someone chooses to leave the guild within 1 month of being given a guild item it must be returned to the guild. If they leave
after 1 month they have the option of buying the item for half it's current value.
Guild items must not be sold without
permision from a leader. If you no longer use an item, pls return it to a leader so another member can use it.
Some
high value items may be sold even if a current member is able to use it, to provide more items for the guild as a whole.
All
members are encouraged to pass on any lower value personal items they can spare to others so they can benefit, rather than
selling outside the guild.
Joining:
When joining the guild we would ask that members also join any 2nd char they have. Having characters in 2 separate guilds
means it is not possible to become 100% involved in Destiny. It can also cause conflicts of interest. (This is optional.)
Hunts: Hunts are posted on
the Guild Web Pagefor the week. On a raid, pls listen and act on requests made by a hunt leader. They're there to make
the hunt as succesful as possible and with no loss to members on the hunt, i.e. ppl dying. Not listening can result in a completely
messed up hunt, everyones time wasted and possibly ppl losing their rares.
One person on each hunt is nominated to
collect all gold drops, leave them to do it. Items should be picked up by anyone with the bag space to carry them(be aware
that jumping on every item that drops just annoys ppl even if you intend to hand them in). Rare or added stat items should
be given to the hunt leader.
All none rare items should be sold to the shop and the cash handed to the hunt leader
along with any rares. The cash will be split between the members on that hunt. Rare items will either be sold for the guild
fund if they aren't needed or given to a guild member.
All members are asked to contribute to a central guild fund.
Totals of which will be posted on the web page. The money in this fund will be used to either buy members items who have contributed
or will be used to buy an item for general use which will benefit the guild.
Treat your guild m8's and other players
with respect and play the game in a way that will positively promote the guild name. Members may find themselves asked to
leave the guild if they stray away from these ideals.
KOS - Pretty self explanitory, but as for the KOS guild list. Please do not ask for
some one to be put on KOS just cause the called you a name, or killed a taimed hen, etc..
